How to use HelpMyKidLearn

Everything you need to set up your account, support each child, and get the most out of the platform — written for parents and caregivers.

Parent Dashboard

Your dashboard is mission control: jump to any child profile, see recent activity, pick up saved worksheets, and open recommended next steps. Sign in and open /dashboard.

Student Profiles

Create a profile for each child with a name, grade, and the subjects you want to focus on. Profiles shape recommendations and progress tracking — they do not require the child to create an account.

Learning Pathways

Pathways are sequenced skill journeys. Open /pathways, choose a subject, and follow the suggested order; each step pairs a short concept with a practice activity.

Worksheets

Browse worksheets at /library or by subject. Open one to preview, then print or save it. Most worksheets include parent notes and an answer key.

Printable Activities

Printable packs combine a worksheet, a hands-on activity, and a parent prompt. Find them under Printable or directly under each subject hub.

Progress Tracking

When signed in, completed pathway steps and saved worksheets are recorded against the active student profile so you can see what your child has practiced and what comes next.

Educational Categories & Subject Libraries

Use the Subjects menu (Reading, Math, STEM, and more) to browse a curated library for that subject. Each subject hub includes a short overview, recommended pathways, and the worksheets families use most.

Learning Recommendations

Recommendations are generated from the active profile's grade and recently practiced skills. They appear on the dashboard and inside each pathway.

Saved Resources

Tap the bookmark icon on any worksheet or article to save it to your account. Saved items live on the dashboard for easy return.

Everything Included

Every feature is free: the full learning library, curated lesson packs, full pathways, and answer keys are all available at no cost — no subscription required.

Parent Features

Parent-only features include progress tracking, the Parent Resource Center, weekly plans, and family account management.

Family Accounts

One adult account can manage multiple child profiles. Children do not need their own login — supervised use by a parent or caregiver is the intended pattern.

Resource Center

The Knowledge Base and Parent Resource Center collect long-form, editor-reviewed guides on reading, math, STEM, homeschool, and family wellbeing.

Educational Library

The Library is the master index of worksheets and learning materials, filterable by grade, subject, and skill.

Child Safety Standards

We are designed for supervised use by parents and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13, we do not host child-targeted advertising, and content is reviewed for age-appropriateness. See /trust/child-safety for the full standard.

Best Practices for Parents

Short, regular sessions beat long, occasional ones. Sit alongside your child for the first few activities in any new pathway. Celebrate effort, not just correctness. Use the parent notes — they explain what to look for.
