Dispute Resolution
How disputes related to HelpMyKidLearn are resolved.
Informal resolution first
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at legal@helpmykidlearn.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least sixty (60) days.
Governing law and venue
These policies and any dispute arising from or relating to them or to your use of HelpMyKidLearn shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to applicable law, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute not subject to arbitration.
Class action waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you and Relationale LLC agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Limitations period
Any claim arising from or relating to your use of HelpMyKidLearn must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose; otherwise the claim is permanently barred, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
