Our commitment
We design HelpMyKidLearn to be usable by families and learners with a wide range of abilities, devices, and assistive technologies. Our goal is to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level wherever practical.
What we do
Our ongoing accessibility work includes:
- Semantic, keyboard-navigable layouts.
- Sufficient color contrast and a readable type system.
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images.
- Printable resources designed with clear typography and spacing.
- Regular review of new pages and components for accessibility regressions.
Reporting accessibility issues
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please email accessibility@helpmykidlearn.com with the page URL and a short description. We aim to acknowledge reports within two business days and to prioritize fixes that unblock learner access.
