Indemnification

Your indemnification obligation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Relationale LLC, Keiron Brown, and our employees, contractors, contributors, licensors, affiliates, technology providers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to:

• Your misuse of HelpMyKidLearn or any of its materials.
• Your violation of the Terms of Use, Acceptable Use Policy, or other policies in the Family Learning Trust Center.
• Your unlawful conduct in connection with the platform.
• Your infringement of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

Cooperation

We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense of that matter.
