User Accounts & Family Plans Policy
How HelpMyKidLearn accounts, family plans, classroom plans, subscriptions, and saved resources work.
Accounts
Accounts on HelpMyKidLearn are intended for adults (parents, guardians, caregivers, teachers, tutors, and homeschool educators). You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for safeguarding your credentials.
Family and classroom plans
Family plans are intended for use within a single household. Classroom plans, where offered, are intended for use within a single classroom or tutoring practice. Sharing of paid access beyond the intended scope is not permitted.
Saved resources
Within your account, you may save pathways, worksheets, and printable resources for convenient reuse. Saved content remains subject to our Educational Use Policy and Printable Resources Policy.
Cancellation and deletion
You may cancel a paid plan at any time, in which case access continues through the end of the current billing period. To delete your account and associated data, email privacy@helpmykidlearn.com.
