Children's Privacy (COPPA) Statement

How HelpMyKidLearn handles information about children under 13 and the role of parents and guardians.

Designed for adult users

HelpMyKidLearn is designed for parents, guardians, caregivers, teachers, tutors, and homeschool educators. Account creation, subscriptions, and downloads are intended for adults. The platform is not directed to children under 13 within the meaning of the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Information from children

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. We do not require children to create their own accounts. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it promptly.

Parental supervision

Parents and guardians should supervise children's use of the platform where appropriate, including the selection of activities, downloads, and any interactive features. Parents and guardians may contact privacy@helpmykidlearn.com with questions or requests related to children's data.

International equivalents

Where applicable, we apply equivalent protections under children's privacy frameworks in other jurisdictions and rely on parents and guardians to provide any required consents.
