Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Relationale LLC, Keiron Brown, and our employees, contractors, contributors, licensors, affiliates, technology providers, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or educational outcomes, arising from or relating to:

• Educational materials, worksheets, printable resources, or pathways.
• AI-assisted educational content, recommendations, or explanations.
• Learning recommendations or skill suggestions presented on the platform.
• Educational, curricular, homeschool, or planning decisions made in reliance on the platform.
• Use of, inability to use, or interruption of the platform or its features.

Aggregate cap

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of Relationale LLC and the parties listed above arising from or relating to your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to HelpMyKidLearn.com in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or US $100, whichever is greater.

Jurisdictional note

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations on liability. In those jurisdictions, the limitations above apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
